Van’s grew up in a small family business so from an early age was fascinated with business. Knowing his path he attended UCSB and double majored in Business Economics & Communication. Van’s passion still lies in finding ways to improve existing systems so they perform better, faster, and more efficiently. Empowering other businesses to embrace their numbers, and watch efficiencey translate to profitability.
Ashley Norkunas
Managing Director & Client CFO
Ashley earned her Bachelors in Accounting from Portland State University School of Business, followed by her CMA, gaining expert knowledge in management accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business strategy. Ashley’s approach is holistic – believing that organizations are much more than just numbers. She is committed to being a trusted partner, helping clients thrive in an ever-evolving economic landscape.
Alex Graniere
Production & IT Director
Following his graduation from UCSB and time as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, Alex gained invaluable experience in entertainment, non-profit, and microfinance accounting. With a brief stint in software engineering, Alex is dedicated to finding the latest technology and overseeing it’s implementation to insure quality control and maintain efficiency. When he isn’t overseeing our production team he loves to drink coffee and travel.
Megan Thornell
Advisory & Implementation Director
Megan graduated from the University of Dallas with a Business Leadership Degree. She brings 13 years of experience from her previous company, where she rose from intern to Director of Finance, overseeing the accounting of 70+ retail stores in airports across the country. A fitness enthusiast and triathlon competitor, Megan believes in a systematic approach to both accounting and fitness, confident that effort directly translates to results.
